About the Role
The District Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Sales Representatives within a designated district. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector. The District Sales Team Lead will develop and implement sales strategies, mentor team members, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. This is a full commission position.
Requirements
Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of sales representatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Train team members on sales techniques, VoIP product knowledge, and best practices.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
Strong understanding of VoIP solutions and their applications in business settings.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Compensation:
This is a full commission-based position, offering competitive commission rates and the potential for high earnings based on performance.
